Meet our Founder & CEO Ms. Indira Neogi. Indira is a seasoned Hotelier with over 18 years of experience in Hotel Sales & Marketing, Online Distributions & Revenue Management.
Indira started her Career with The Oberoi Group of Hotels way back in 2006, just after finishing her Masters in Hotel Management, and spent more than 7 initial years of her career in Sales & Marketing with the Group. Oberoi's best in class hospitality and the most experienced OCLD leaders helped her grooming her Career in the hospitality industry.
Indira's quench for learning more about the modern ways of Sales & Marketing, brought her the opportunities to elevate her career into e-business and Online Travel Management. She then started her new journey with TCI (Travel Corporation of India by Thomas Cook), after The Oberoi Group, to learn and grow her career in Travel Technologies & Online Distributions for Hotels. Her love for the Hospitality Industry always gifted her with the best opportunities to explore more about the industry. After spending a good 5 years with the Travel Corporation of India, she joined back Hotels to lead their Sales & Online Distribution Teams and helped them grow their revenue at a faster pace.
Starting from ITC Fortune to Le Roi Group of Hotels, from Asian Adventures to Associate Hotels India, the best of the organizations offered her multiple dynamic roles in the field of Online Distributions & OTA Sales to grow their revenue in a modern way.
With a robust background in Sales & Online Distributions, Indira's ways of driving revenue and P&L strategies significantly helped her employers gain profits & market shares. She then decided to dig deep into the Hotel Technologies to help her Hotels gain more benefits from her knowledge & experience. So, she moved her Career Graph towards Hotel Technologies.
Indira joined the Hotel-Spider Group in 2022, the most trusted European Brand in the field of Hotel-Tech & online distributions, to lead their Sales & Marketing in India & APAC and helped them groom their business processes in multiple ways. Her tenure at Hotel-Spider revolutionized their B2B SaaS (Software as a Service) Sales across India & APAC.
Indira has a huge network of Hotels & Resorts of all segments and she's a part of many prestigious Hoteliers' groups & networking forums. She shares great connections & relationships with all the OTA (Online Travel Agent) Partners that always help her boost the Hotel Partners' online visibility & ranking in order to grow their overall bookings.
Her thirst for "learning more" always helped her find the best opportunities in the industry and that's how she discovered her "best place to be"! Indira started her own Hotel Management Company in 2024 in the name of IndiStar Hotel Solutions to give back to the industry from where she learnt everything. Hospitality is "Home" for Indira and she always tries her best to help her Hotel Partners achieve the best ROI at the lowest cost.
